All purchases made on LORO.ca are shipped fully insured, via express by reputable couriers. All orders must be approved by our payment insurer prior to shipping. This process can take up to 48 hours. LORO.ca has the right to refuse any order.
At the discretion of our shipping insurer, a tracking number will not be provided. We are always happy to provide tracking updates by request.
Exchanges & Refunds
Regular-priced merchandise purchased ONLY on LORO.CA are available for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Some exclusions apply. See below for more details.
Merchandise must be unaltered and in original condition; including but not limited to, link removal, sizing, removal of any seals, engraving, service and/or repairs by any party without our approval, removal or tempering of serial number, removal or tampering of parts or integrity of any item in any way from how it was originally sold. Must be returned with original box, warranty, papers and anything else that has been delivered with your order.
LORO.ca is not responsible for return shipping costs including any additional shipping fee’s or lost packages. We recommend all returned items be shipped with a tracking number by a reputable courier and to be fully insured.
All returns must have an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
How to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email include the following…
• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Images of everything you will be returning
Allow us up to 2 business days to reply with an RMA number if applicable.
RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping box or the delivery will be refused.
Get your RMA before proceeding to ship articles back. Any items without an approved RMA will not be accepted.
