Are all the watches sold by L’ORO authentic?
Every timepiece sold by L’ORO Jewellery and LORO.CA are 100% authentic. We are Authorized Retailers, and all new timepieces are accompanied by a manufacturer warranty.
Can I pick up or exchange in store?
In-store pick ups & exchanges are currently unavailable, due to temporary store closures as a result of COVID-19 restrictions.
Where do you ship to?
Currently LORO.CA only ships within Canada. Shipping options and delivery times vary depending on shipping location.
What is your return policy?
